Developers looking for a starting point for developing DASH7 applications have a solution.  OpenTag, an open source library and demo application for implementing ISO 18000-7 on embedded hardware, is now available in beta.  OpenTag is written entirely in C and can be ported to 8, 16, or 32 bit platforms.  Check it out at http://sourceforge.net/projects/opentag/
